Philosphenweg

„Ich habe mein Herz in Heidelberg verloren“

This hymn of praise to Heidelberg by Heinz Maria Lins can be sympathised with when you see Heidelberg for the first time from the Philosophenweg.

When the sun shines, the beauty of the ensemble of the old town, old bridge and castle takes the visitor’s breath away. In a two-hour tour along the Philosophenweg, I will introduce you to the city and its history. Afterwards we will visit a typical pub.

A mystical and sacred place with a magnificent view and a beautiful restaurant.

We walk from the Philosophenweg to the Heiligenberg and return via the beautiful Heidelberg district of Handschuhsheim.
